BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Rosie and I baked a super soft banana bread. It was so fun and easy to make. The banana bread was so delicious too! This is our favorite bread recipe to bake. So easy and fast to make. We shared a video on Meu & Mea channel and you can watch it here.
BANANA BREAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
• 4-5 medium very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
• 1/3 cup butter, unsalted or salted, melted
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 large eggs, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
DIRECTION:
• Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), and butter a 4×8-inch loaf pan.
• In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
• In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Pour in the banana mixture.
• Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F (175°C), or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then remove the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely before serving. Slice and serve.
