What To See & Do In Singapore

OUR TRIP TO SINGAPORE

We had only three days in Singapore but those days were memorable. We were in Singapore on December 11-14, 2018. It was just a short holiday trip before we went to the Philippines. The Philippines was the main destination of our trip. I thought it was nice to visit another country as well. We made great memories in Singapore and was one of the best cities we have visited so far.

We stayed at Airbnb in Singapore and I would say it was the best decision considering that Singapore is an expensive country. The apartment was big and it has two beds. It is also near the MRT station. I was surprised at how easy it was to navigate the city using public transportation. We even went to Universal Studios taking the train and the bus. The first thing we did on our first day was to walk around Marina Bay. Everything is near and all there.

Singapore A Lovely City

I saw Marina Bay Sands for the first time. It feels so great and a dream came true for me. It was raining for about an hour and had ourselves foot spa and body massage while waiting for the rain to stop. We then rode the Singapore Flyer. It was so beautiful up there. The view was spectacular. Later that evening we went to the Marina Bay Skypark observatory deck. Another amazing view from above. It was really nice.

The following day we went to Universal Studios and spent the whole day there. Another great place for adults and kids. We did a lot of fun things at Universal Studios. It was really nice. Walking in the Christmas village and those places we have seen in the movie.

After Universal Studios, we rode back to the city and went to Gardens By The Bay before it gets dark. We wanted to take photos there while it was still early and when it gets dark and the lights on. I was so excited for the light show to start. It was so worth it and feel so lucky to be there. Another dream came true!
