Warsaw Old Town Square

EXPLORING THE OLD TOWN SQUARE WARSAW

Warsaw, Poland is a beautiful city. We only had two days in this beautiful country and I really hope we could stay longer to explore the city more. There are many things that I would like to see and do, but we had little time. Nevertheless, we managed to see one of the main attractions, the old town so I am very happy.

It was very hot when we’re there, and I hate to admit that it was not easy to walk around when it is very hot. I feel like my skin is burning and so hard to breath. Well, we went to the old town past 10 am so obviously it was already very hot to walk around. We didn’t know exactly where to go, we just walk and walk until we saw places and tourists attraction. Thankfully, our hotel is located in the city center so it was easy for us to walk around. We managed to see the old town and I was very happy we did. It was so nice there, though lots of people seeing the old town and old buildings, you’ll feel what the city was before. There were restaurants in the old town, unfortunately, we didn’t try any local food.

We rested and sat down on one of the benches there while watching Rianna chasing pigeons. It was a lovely day. The old town square was not so crowded the time we were there, but as soon as we walked more to the other side, a lot of tourists were there. I could say that Yanna was not so happy on that day due to very hot weather. I know I came from a warm country but living in Finland for a few years now, I got used to cold weather already, and walking in a hot sunny day isn’t so fun anymore. Anyone could relate? Sunny days are always better than rainy days. Here are some photos we took in the old town of Warsaw. I’ll be sharing more about our Poland trip soon and more photos coming.
