SPRINGTIME IN KOTKA

We spent the last weekend in Kotka. It was a lovely springtime in Kotka. On Saturday we had a barbeque at the famous park in Kotka called Park Katariina (Katariinan puisto). It was my first time there, and I was amazed at how lovely and big the park is. We had a barbeque with some of our friends. It was so windy but hot. Perfect weather to spend time outside. The place is huge and they have a playground for the kids. Yanna was so busy playing with her friend that she even forgot about her mama.

We found these small cherry trees, and we thought why not to take photos. These are all just for fun. But I would like to share them on here because they are special, and was the only photos I have so far of the springtime in Kotka, though now feels like summer. Aren’t these cherry blossoms pretty? In the next post, I will be sharing more about what we have done in Kotka during our weekend visit.
