Salmon fish may be the healthiest and the common fish here in Finland. And while it is good and healthy it can be very expensive too. Well, fish, in general, is quite expensive here, to say the least. However, eating chicken and pork every day is quite boring and sometimes fish is so good not to try to. At least, once a week we eat fish at home. Normally, I cooked salmon fish in the oven. But sometimes when I want something different, I also want to fry them. That’s why today I am sharing you this quick and easy recipe- “Fried Salmon with pepper sauce” for you to try also. Pepper sauce is so good with salmon fish especially when the fish is fried.

Lohi on terveellisin täällä Suomessa mutta se on kallis myös. Vähintään kerran viikolla me syömme kalaa kotona. Normaalisti olen paistanut lohin uunissa. Mutta joskus minä haluan tehdä jotain erilailla, haluan myös paistaa pannulla. Pippurikastiketta on niin hyvä lohin ja riisin kanssa varsinkin kun kala on paistettu.
Tässä on nopeasti ja helposti resepti- “Fried Salmon With Pepper Sauce.”
Fried Salmon with Pepper Sauce
You Will Need:
- Salmon fish
- Pepper powder
- Salt
- Vegetable Oil
- Pepper Sauce (1 pack), (add water, milk, liquid butter)
- Vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, and tomatoes
Method:
- 1. Wash the salmon fish.
- 2. Cut into several pieces.
- 3. Lie sliced fish into a big plate.
- 4. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt onto the fish.
- 5. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 6. Fry the fish until both sides is cooked.
- 7. Set aside.
Pepper Sauce:
- 1. In a small pan put pepper sauce powder.
- 2. add a little water.
- 3. Add a small amount of milk and liquid butter.
- 4. Stir until it’s smooth and sticky.
Serving:
Serve your fried salmon with rice and pepper sauce along with a mixture of vegetables.
