Those Moments When…

January has gone by so quickly. Hard to believe that we’re about to say goodbye to the first month of the year. Can we just pause the time a little bit and just enjoy life’s moment that matters us the most? They said that time passes by quickly when you’re having fun. And I think it’s true!

This month is a whole month of full snow and freezing weather. We had experience -16 degrees. It was cold and freezing, but it was fine. Life has been great and we are enjoying our every day spending time as a family. We are trying to spend more time outside as always. But it isn’t same before that we are always together whole day everyday. I left home at 7.30am for school and come home around 3pm. The only time we can spend whole day together us a family is during weekends, if hubby has no work. But I can say it’s better this way than before. We both have time for ourselves and I don’t feel being stress anymore.

I am still studying and learning more and more each day. I can speak Finnish now and understand better. I am also loving waking up early in the morning. Catching up the early bus and enjoyed my music on my one hour bus ride to school. Everything has been great so far. I’m loving my alone time even if it’s just minutes or hour. I love being at school too. I don’t feel so frustrated like I used to before. It’s really different when you have someone to talk to other than your husband, your child or yourself.

Rianna is doing great at daycare too. The teacher says she is a good student. She follows the instructions they told her. She eats, she naps and she play. She has no problem during nap time, something so opposite at home where she doesn’t like to nap. I have to do something to make her sleep. She does not cry anymore when we bring her. She is infact happy and excited. I believe she enjoys playing with other kids and she finally realized that she need to go to school. She is always smiling every time we pick her from the daycare. She would run towards us and hug us, and says bye bye to everyone before we left and went home.

Anyway, these photos were taken earlier today. We went snow sledding in front of the Loviisa church. It was only us and enjoyed the place all by ourselves.
