I am the type of person who can let the morning pass without eating anything. Yes, I can live without breakfast. My appetite starts at lunchtime. However, I am trying to have breakfast as part of my day. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Normally, I would only eat bread and butter and fresh orange juice. Sometimes I also drink tea or just plain water. When I am inspired to cook I would just make this kind of breakfast (photo below). An egg sandwich with tomatoes and paired with fresh orange juice. This may be not the healthiest but this is the easiest for me. Would you like to make an egg and tomato sandwich? Or have you ever tried one?
EGG + TOMATO SANDWICH (FOR BREAKFAST)
You Will Need:
2 eggs
2 slice bread
2 ham
1 tomato
salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
What To Do:
1. Add the oil in a pan and let it hot.
2. Fry your eggs and ham.
3. On a plate lie down your two sliced bread.
4. Put the fried eggs and ham on top of your bread.
5. Wash your tomato and slice. Put your tomatoes on top of the eggs and ham.
6. Put the other bread on top of the other one.
7. Eat well.
I make this exact thing! Or shall I say I go to Subway to have them make it for me. LOL I usually get it toasted and sprinkled with pepper. Delicious, quick and easy breakfast. :)
