Summer is coming very soon. Let us eat more healthy food and stay active in order to achieve that summer healthy body we always wanted. I have been trying to eat healthy lately and staying active as much as I can. I am really not into a salad person. However, recently I’ve been eating them like it is my favorite food. Today I am going to share a healthy fried chicken salad. Instead of eating the fried chicken with rice as we always do, eat them with salad instead. It is healthy and delicious.
Recipe // Fried Chicken Salad
You Will Need:
For Fried Chicken:
Chicken fillet or small chicken legs and wings, 2 eggs, 1 chicken broth, Cooking oil, and flour.
For the salad:
Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Spinach, Red Onion, Carrots, Lemon, etc…
Salad dressing or any sauce you like.
Procedure:
Prepare your salad first. Slice your vegetables and put them on the plate. Add salad dressing.
How To Cook Fried Chicken:
In a bowl beat the eggs. Add the chicken broth and mix carefully.
Add the chicken and marinate for at least one hour.
In another bowl put some flour.
Deep your chicken front and back until its fully covered with the flour.
Using a pan or skillet heat the oil and fry all the chicken.
