Looking for some delicious and easy to make desserts? Today I am sharing the white chocolate mousse brownie recipe that I am sure you will like. It’s definitely easy to make. I am always a chocolate lover and I cannot say no to any chocolate flavored sweet treats. Even though I tried to cut down my sugar intakes, sometimes I just cannot stop it. Besides, I love baking so there is really no excuse for me.
WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE BROWNIE
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt cocoa and butter over low heat. (I used the microwave)
- Transfer to mixing bowl and cream together using an electric mixer.
- Add sugar gradually.
- Blend in eggs one at a time.

- In another bowl combine together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir into chocolate mixture.
- Spread batter into a greased round spring foam cake pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
While the cake is in the oven prepare your chocolate mousse.
FOR WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
INGREDIENTS
70g white chocolate mousse powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cold cream
PROCEDURE:

- In a bowl put in the milk.
- Add the chocolate powder and the cold cream.
- Using an electric mixer beat them until soft and fluffy.
- Put in the refrigerator while waiting for the brownie to cook.

As soon as the brownie is ready, let it cool for about 30 minutes.
When the brownie is cool, add the chocolate mousse on top of the cake.
Add some grated chocolate on top of the mousse.
Refrigerate and serve when the mousse is thick and set.
Slowly remove the springform pan and slice your brownie into squares.
Serve and enjoy!
