52 Moments / 13- Our Weekend

Our Weekend

On Saturday baby girl and her father went for a walk while I cook our lunch. The spring is still a question here. Or shall I say we already had warm days last week, but then here comes cold again. However, as long as the sun is up there is no reason to be sad or complain about. Yes the wind is cold, but the sun is warm so it’s better to be happy with it.

We had chicken for lunch. I cooked fried chicken with curry sauce and rice. Chicken was once baby girl’s favorite when she just started eating solids. Now she is acting like she didn’t know the food. She ate them unless I slice them into pieces and mix with the rice. She has getting into a picky eater lately. I hope this won’t last though because having a picky eater is hard, and I don’t want that.

Later that afternoon the whole family spent time playing in the yard together. We were jumping at the trampoline. Baby girl loves to play and run around the trampoline. She tried to jump while laughing.

After playing, I started cleaning the backyard. I removed the dry leaves away. The soil is still dry and hard so I cannot continue doing my garden yet. Like every spring, I planted new flowers and plants in the yard. This year I am thinking of planting more roses. But I cannot conclude anything yet until the weather is finally warm. I have some other plans for the yard including Rianna’s playhouse. I think I am going to decorate it and plant flowers around it. We were planning to move it near the fence and even make it bigger, but we will see. Just hoping that all these plans will come to reality as the weather will get warm soon. I hope!
This girl thinks all the toys are cute and nice, including this messy hair baby doll she found at the thrifty store one day. She already knows what she wants now and, if she wants it she would carry it with her. She really likes the doll so we just paid it and go. We went to the shop and food store and she still brought this doll with her, as if they were best friends forever! So funny of her. I was secretly laughing behind her. I cannot believe she was carrying that doll outside the house.
