21 Months

This update is late. Baby girl turned 21 months on september 9. She will turn 22 months next week. She is one and three fourth year old. How can i explain that? In short she is now 21 months old. Wow i cannot believe how she grown so fast. Three months more and she will be two. I should be starting to plan her second birthday party. Well, am not really sure if we are having a party or not. But we will see.

At 21 months she proved to us that she has grown, a lot. She understands bisaya, Finnish and English. She speaks few words in Finnish and English but no bisayan words yet. I just hope she will know how to speak my language too. Well, still too early to say. I will use my language everytime so she will get use to it. It’s very good if she knows few languages. And i know she will.

Food. She eat will. Very independent. Do not eat banana. But loves berries so much! Not allowed to eat sweets and she knows it. Every time i offer her a cake bite she refuses. Loves to eat bread with butter and yugort too.

Sleep. She nap only once. Usually 1-3pm or 2-4pm. She has her toddler bed but sleep in our bed most of the time. Bedtime is 10pm. She never sleep early no matter how much i tried to put her to bed early. I give up. She sleep when she is sleepy and very tired.

Activities. We do coloring books and writing/drawing. I am pretty sure she is left-handed. I cannot leave her alone with the crayons because she love to eat and bite them. Not good! We read books. She is now interested everytime i read a story to her. She also love to flip her books alone. She loves bath time. She is very happy when she in her bath tub. She really enjoyed it. We do it morning and night. It makes her happy. We let her play iPad. But only play the educational applications like ABCs and puzzles. We also allow her to watch tv but only disney junior channel.

Overall, she is healthy and lively. I love her so much and she is a big blessings to us.
