Banana- Raspberry Smoothie

This is actually hubby’s smoothie recipe. This is what he usually drinks after he’s home from the gym. This is his favorite drink. Sometimes we also allow the baby to drink it. Me, I don’t! I’m not into the banana mix with other food kinda thing. I do not like the taste. I know I must start liking this kind of food or drink because it is healthy and it will help lose weight and stay healthy. I am so picky in terms of food. And I admit I must change. I always told myself to always try to eat healthy food but then we always ended up cooking unhealthy or less nutritious food.

I know this smoothie is so healthy and delicious and that you must try it.

Banana- Raspberry Smoothie

1 cup milk (maito)
1 cup curd (maito rahka)
1 banana (banaani)
1/2 cup raspberry soup/juice (vadela-keitto)In a blender put all ingredients and blend all.
