DIY: Butterfly Cupcake Toppers

It takes forever to follow up on this post from this one. Gosh, forgive me for that. I posted this tutorial a few weeks ago and I promised to follow the cupcake toppers. But anyway, here we go and I hope you are excited as I am.
A simple as it looks here’s a quick guide on how to make a personalize butterfly cupcake toppers for birthday parties.
____
Things You Need:
Butterfly Cuttings
Glue
Ribbon
Toothpicks

Direction:

  • First, decide what design would you like to use. Our theme was “butterfly” so I used butterfly designs.
  • I edited a butterfly photo and put “happy birthday and name of my daughter”.
  • Print them using a thick bond paper. Make 9 photos in one bond paper, you can adjust it in printer settings.
  • Cut the butterfly photos. Make sure to have space so there’s a little white border on the photos.
  • Using glue attach two butterfly photos facing back to each other on a toothpick. So you will have a butterfly on both sides.
  • Tie a ribbon and form a small bow.
  • And that’s it.
  • Insert the nice cupcake toppers on your cupcakes.

These ideas are my own. I want unique and simple birthday decorations that are made by myself. You can make this as a guide to make your own. Just use your imagination and make this stuffs even better and beautiful. Thanks for reading! Check out the whole BIRTHDAY party post here.
